A Land Of Dreams Poem by alpha alpha

A Land Of Dreams

In the heart of ancient lands it lies,
Beneath the ever-changing skies,
A place where whispers, soft and deep,
Call through the ages, never to sleep.

Palestine, oh, Palestine,
Your olive trees in quiet line,
Roots that reach through times of strife,
Holding fast to love and life.

The stones, they speak of every age,
Of hope, of loss, of war, of rage,
Yet still they dream, they still endure,
For peace, for freedom, hearts are pure.

Through every wound, through every tear,
Your spirit rises, crystal clear.
In Gaza's streets and Bethlehem's light,
The struggle burns, but so does the fight.

For justice calls, for mercy pleads,
For every heart that still believes
That one day, peace will find a way,
To heal the scars of yesterday.

Palestine, with your mountains high,
Underneath the starlit sky,
Your people dream, your people stand,
For every child, for every hand.

From the hills to the sea, your soul will rise,
A land of beauty that never dies.
Through every storm, through every night,
Palestine, you'll find your light.
