Under the hospital's sterile gaze
I lay, a body, unstable, in a daze
IUI surgery, a test of will
Left me feeling frozen, icy still
Two hours passed, an eternity to sleep
Under the surgery theater's cold, harsh keep
Cleaning the blood, blocked and still
A warm blanket, comfort, beneath me lay
I pray in my heartbeat, in zikir and istighfar
Hasbuna Allah wa ni'ma al-wakil
I surrender to You, Almighty Allah
As I drifted off to sleep
At Al Ahali Hospital, I pinned my hopes
On a miracle displayed, amidst life's scopes
Injections, a trial, a gesture of faith
A plea to Almighty Allah, for a life to create
Polyps, like cancer, a shadow on my wall
But I believe in You, Almighty's healing call
Hasbuna Allah wa ni'ma al-wakil
I surrender to You, Almighty Allah
Only You can strengthen me, I strongly believe
In Your miracle, Ya Allah
In the hospital's corridors, where newborns cry
A prayerful sigh, a heart beating high
A believer's heart beats strong and true
I'll hold on to hope and see this journey through
Good times will come, in Almighty's perfect plan
I'll trust in His blessings and hold on to prayer
For in His love, miracles unfold
In every Doa, my heart will forever be made whole
My full faith and hope continue to guide me
Closer to You, Almighty Allah
Bless me with a miracle and strengthen my Iman
Ya Allah, I trust in Your divine plan.
