we do and do and do
and say that doing this
is better
than doing that
and doing something
is better
than doing nothing

yet doing nothing
is the ultimate
that all of us hope
in the old age of our
retired-mental ending
to do

who knew?

is a man is a man is a man?
or a woman is a woman is a woman?

what makes one any better than another?

you think you know
you think you see
you see nothing

but a job

a job is a job is a job

see the man
see the woman
behind the job
above the job
below the job
beyond the job

then you might see something
something truly enlightening
then again you might see nothing
if it's not your job
to see.
