Vidyadhar, I have but a few words to say. Writing a jewel like this once is a credit, but to keep on writing them is talent. Just keep on writing them my friend. Top marks and thanks for sharing them. David

While looking beyond perfections Happiness stars dwelling within It’s a reward to that wise man Who appreciates what he has Than running after what not. Good subject. Thank you.

Nice work done here.. it is true 'happiness ' is the jewel in once 's life and without its presence life is dead as a rotten piece..

true...in life what is cherished and valued is happiness only... if life is a crown happiness is the jewel... and on death one is dethroned... loses crown and least to say about jewel... a poem short in construction but elaborate in content... a ten for vidyadhar

This is a 'gem' that continues to sparkle brighter from its birth. Very nicely composed, Vidyadhar.

I like the image of happiness being a jewel in the crown of life's cycle, ... indicating that it is not ALL that life is about, but merely one of the jewels... nevertheless a precious stone... good poem.

You have rightly said that 'happiness is like a jewel' and it surely is, with everyone striving towards it. Thanks for this poem and the thoughts it inspires.

Even I do believe that happiness is all what we gain… no materialistic pleasure can replace the happy moments… Life is all about struggling for it, all phases of life targeted towards it… very well composed
