Dear Akram, A thought provoking and heart touching poem. This is an area to which people in affluence do not give any importance.Thank you for highlighting the miseries and woes of the people.please keep it up.

A lot of mixed messages I read in this one..a carefree, careless world and the duty of the literay artist..as the job of the poet extends to all literary writers. You are right we capture and record the comings and goings of society but our work should not be as tombstones noting the passings or fantasies but must resonate loud and clear and articuate the path of a better way.

Socialism means equal distribution of wealth to all, but unfortunately today it means equal distribution of wants and not of wealth. Everyone is in wants, whether rich or poor. The sky is the limit for wants.

It was very interesting, but in a good way, it made you think. Though I thought some of the rhyming sounded forced, but it was still a very nice poem. I have never really written with rhyme because I always struggle to make ends meet. Keep up the good work! ~Cheers

superb diction and clear fluid poem there is this rebellious streak here too but poets are after all sensitive thinking creatures that feed on the circumstance chew and brew... very very nice cheers...10
