sadly I cannot reply directly Hans the PH reply box has refused to work for over 30 minutes so I am forced to reply as a general comment; Yes you are correct Hans, the effect sort was the old Parisienne of 1860 to 1880 when the world was a very different place with different values, before an age of innocence lost in The Boer War and World War One.
