A very good mind blowing piece and a good discourse on the ups and owns of life. Written with much concern and convictions.
Wow it wud be real hard for me to write such impresive metaphor. Kudos! And ramazan mbaruk Shahzia.
An encourthey are in dander there.agin poem for girls who want to go to school but
It's a profound poem written in highly metaphorical language. On the deck of life we see around or inside to understand our selves. You bloom when not cared for? May be it's better not to be understood at all rather than being misunderstood.
Heartfelt poem indeed. You have described the three phases beautifully. This is definitely a fact of life. No day is ever same. We can never make one understand or it can be taken in other way too, they understood but their ego never allows them to give up...One has to survive such a shipwreck, because there is no choice left. Each dawn should be filled like happy school going children's innocence. Beautiful way you have put the three different phases of life. Loved it.
Yes, tears and terror are but half truths! The sun that looks pale, sad and lost today will emerge bright and up beat the next dawn.... This is true of life too! From agony and distress, we will come into the light of cheer and delight... We can survive even a shipwreck.... may be we'll be marooned for sometime in a desolate island to be rescued later.... A poem with roots boring deep into the innards of one's being! Touching write!
A powerful write by a powerful pen. Three aspects of life have been crafted with enormous thoughts and emotion. well done sister. God bless.
The tears and the terror are but the half-truth! Periods of despair and agony are captured in powerful lines. Thank you.
Just a glance but many views! The poem is a portrait of sketches unusually but convincingly drawn across the canvas of a poetic reach that enlightens and elaborates a lot.
My favourite line is The tears and the terror are but the half-truth. Keep it up.
