A Gift To The Martyrs Poem by Rohan Bendre

We are the Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the protection of our Country.
We are the ones who ensured the Security of our Nation.
For the Security of our Country We did our level best.
For it was the Question of the Nation's Security.
We will be always there in any form to ensure the Smooth flow of the Country.
But, perhaps there is a Question which Commands to be asked.
Is merely honouring us the Solution? .
No, it isn't.
Surely it isn't.
With the Discussion urging to come at a point.
Here I am as i will cut to the chase.
With the Nation in Quagmire Situation
Is merely blaming someone the Solution.
The Answer is in the Question itself.
Your Participation is the need of the hour.
It is you who will answer the solution when your deligence will be Activated.
And in such a way the Journey for Justice will be Initiated.
Participate in Forums and Suggest a Solution in such a way
Ensure your presence to answer the Solution.
If Innovation is what you have in Abundance
let your Active Participation an Affirmed Assurance,
Lend your Helping hand by Striking up a Conversation. Heating up debates
If the need arises be present to ensure Justice.
When Actively present Justice will be at Ease.
Keep up the Contact Numbers at the Palm of your hand
and reach out to the nearest body at the Earliest.
If you witness a Crime which is about to prevail
By using your Deligence use up all the things which you can avail.
Leave no stone unturned unless you ensure Justice,
If you select to remain Oblivious.
Then what will happen in the future is Obvious.
An Elephantine effort will answer the Question Enormously.
As we take your leave
We have some few words to convey
To ensure the Security we did what we had to offer.
When several of the Common men will take up their role seriously
Won't it benefit our nation Enormously.
As it will be the perfect gift to us Posthumously.

A TRIBUTE TO THE POLICEMEN WHO SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES FOR THE SAKE OF OUR NATION ON OCTOBER 21 1959. A TRIBUTE TO THOSE POLICEMEN WHO LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED TO ENSURE JUSTICE AND MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER.
AS OCTOBER 21ST IS POLICE MEMORIAL DAY.
