A beautiful poem from a beautiful mind, ah, My favourite part was.. 'A friend is someone whose face may never be seen, but whose touch is always felt ' So, so, true David, thankyou for sharing your items of quality Love duncan X
Dear, dear David, how wonderful and true and yet so sad is this beautiful write. A True Friend. Sometimes the one you trust most, destroys you or deserts you in the end....We all need one to stand up for us and at least, if nothing else be there to encourage us...Fortunate are those that have you in their corner for your words speak volumes about your heart....Guard your heart David, things are NOT always as they seem and, well, it can destroy a loving, sensitive soul and make it loose all hope, worse yet, just give up! ! ! . no one can fight the world alone, even if it is but one who has taken their world from them, , , by world I mean their spirit and heart and the will to go on...God Bless You David and keep your heart safe...always, marci.m., , , ,
Its actually true should be on that way, but we are now living in the world that sometimes we can only find a real friend by God love. seldom a friend who be there for us. Love this poem, a real love of a friendship we actually should have. God bless, Mary
Well my friend: O) ...that I lovingly call my Big Bruv (and all the other titles I have bestowed upon you: O) ...I would be by your side if it were not for the ocean wide... But you know I am always there is spirit and a type and click away...on any hour or day.....I cherish your friendship beyond all others because you are exactly what you penned to me...and more.....Hugs from here...JoAnn...aka...lil sis: O)

I thought it was a good idea to start with this poem... this is a beautiful poem, and so true. The very best or truest of friends are irreplaceable, I am someone that doesn't have a lot of friends but the ones I have, I found, are the best people on earth. They have stuck by me through thick and thin, old friends and new ones too. Thanks for the reminder that I have to call some of them tomorrow, that's what this poem has done for me! This is a 10! Lee
