no one should feel they are using the word smell too often! (that in reference to your comment on Gajanan's comment) . i read this yesterday and got called away before i finished the comment. never hesitate when the Mrs. announces supper is ready. I couldn't resist it's scent ......it's not it's, it's its; an easy mistake for a fox to make. there is Raison d'être, a French phrase meaning reason for existence. , but you may want to use raisin, if you are referring to dried grapes, UNLESS you across-the-ponders have a spelling variant different from american english. but, again, i'm talking to a fox! i forgot for a moment. :) thanks for sharing. next time make it a scratch-and-sniff poem, please. and, foxy, stay away from those beagles and guys/gals in red coats! :) bri

This is so very interesting Stephen.....A fox stealing shoes and socks that smell like rancid cheese to keep the fleas away! But I fear it will draw the flies near! If I lose my shoes, I will come to you to look for this fox in the Leeds with unusual needs! Really enjoyed!
