the changing seasons definitely affect us, as you express here, bharati. this brings to mind the first stanza of my poem " autumn used to tell." -glen
W often get a poem written in the past and we smile to read it, we try to recollect what were the feelings that forced to write this poem. We smile once again and share the poem to our friends, they also smile. A poem that can make all smile is definitely a touching poem. The poem is beautiful as it talks about pains. HayN sabse madhur woh geet jinheN hum dard ke sur meN gate hayN.
Yes indeed, I agree with you... What makes a poet write a poem... One thing I think... When the poet wants to write a poem, The poem wants get written.
A relief from pain I see in this poem. Though at time we ponder later why we wrote such poems but they are real gems to preserve, I liked it Bharatiji thanks for sharing it.10+
Lonely tree Standing gloomy Tomorrow A new dawn may come New leaves will adorn Its bare branches Again spring may bring New blossoms.......well expression with positivity. We live on hope that future will be bright. A beautiful poem including philosophy and nature is amazingly shared though it has been composed in 2016.10 from me. Thank you dear madam.
Pain in itself holds a lot. To feel and write it is great. And as you describe every pain desires freedom which makes the person seek for it until it breaks the pain feel.
Even without a background note, the poem stands out tall with a telling effect. It reflects on human nature which, at times, is not prepared to accept change- be it seasonal or otherwise.
It can be a poem created on retrospect or the resultant of a pain on loss; whatsoever, it reveals the melencholic profile of the poetess like a dark cloud spreading above spontaneously in a clear season
