A THOUGHTFUL POEM! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, -'WE FEEL THE GENTLE CARESS OF GOD THROUGH HIS RAIN DROPS, THE COOL BREEZE AND FROM THE RADIATING WARMTH OF THE DISTANT SUN! THESE ARE ONLY A FEW OF HIS GIFTS WHICH WE ALL TAKE FOR GRANTED! ' For your poem 10! -Raj

Dear Samanyan, Thanks for your invite to comment upon your poem 'a finger's touch on me'. It 's a lovely poem from a lover of nature. The rain drops brings solace to the earth and her inhabitants in so many ways. Only one clitch, a typo 'dropp' should be 'drop' in last but one line. Rated high. Please read my poems 'cuckoo', 'forgive', 'Japanese girl', 'contradiction ' and 'cyclical'. your comments with rating will be highly appreciated. Rajkumar

Well presented....I have felt that touch! I love the lightning & thunder inspite of their destructive potential. Everytime I hear a thunder, I run on to the terrace to see the next lightning flash. During my childhood, I believed them to be independent events, lightening as a flash from God's camera & thunder as devil's laughter!

As was written by St. John The Evangelist in his ''Book of Revelation'', the Beast will come first and will rule the earth...from east to west, shore to shore it will wreak chaos & havoc in anathemaic measure....Yet, so long as the Toiuch of God be upon us...no infinite harm be dealt on us....Solid craftsmanship...Keep that pen pumping! Some phenomena are difficult to explain, but regardless of why things occur God has indeed created All Things and his Ways are Much Higher than Ours as are his Thoughts. Nonetheless, rain is a beautiful gift that is created and given by God. Contemplating and Reflective poem. Thanks for sharing.

'the lightning and thunder / the commotion up there / is a reflection of humans depression...' sounds true.

The gifts of nature are the gifts from the divine. As such even a dropp of rain, a whiff of breeze, a ray of the sun, a sprout from the earth … are the greetings … handshakes … comforts … and hugs from that divine. Nice observation, beautiful ideas, sweet expression. # 10.
