The poem starts as a dead end, but gradually progresses into a series of mini-climaxes; a very detailed and wondrous poem written.Well done.

great wisdom in knowing that death is not an end, and that love never dies... stages we go thru on the road to perfection... good poetry!

There can be no life without death nor death without life... The impression we make on those we leave behind is our own epitaph... Remember their life, not their death... I really like your poem...

love touches all even for a few moment......death is inevitable....but it is not the end of life, it is a journey to another world to be with the creator for ever, all human emotion is temporary , GOD made human ferfectly ......all these are good content , nice thinking ........a nice poem full of statements ...it equates with the poem of lord tennyson 'CROSSING THE BAR'.....great! ! ! ! !

Nobody can imagine what your poem means except of having experience death of a loved one. Your poem conveys the final curtain that falls once our entire mission on earth is accomplished. It is not an end but just a beginning to another chapter...that is to be with our CREATOR...forever. I was deeply touched upon reading thouroughly your write...Each lines of the poem has given me strength to write again, I left many months ago...Thanks for this poem full of sadness but at the same time touch a hope for the future. Continue to inspire us Kaitlin, those like me who knew the parting of a dear love. Virginia

Final Farewell is bestowed upon each and every one of us, no one is spared in this world, not a single being or a thing..Let not be it tearful one, but the joyful one for some finish their work sooner than others..suffering is part of a mortal being..let suffering be not suffering but a thing to rejoice for we have played our parts so well without being aware of it..Lord's will prevails..Nice poem!
