Beautiful poem that brings a glow to one's heart, well articulated and subtly penned. I love reading your poems whose flow can only be likened to that of mercury. Thanks for sharing and do remain blessed.

But we still hold hands along our way, We travel in our hearts and souls down a winding trail, You know at times I'm mentally frail, But your soft, insightful eyes Send me love letters through nature's mail, Like a fallen leaf settled on solid ground, With your loving force of nature all around. ______________A captivating love poem, thanks for sharing.

But we still hold hands along our way, We travel in our hearts and souls down a winding trail, You know at times I'm mentally frail, But your soft, insightful eyes I could almost see him staring at her with gentle eyes just to reassure her that he is still by her side and that everything will be all right This poem is very heart warming it almost made me feel safe; -)

Amazing words bringing presence of an old lime tree whilst reading. ...'When will we gather our dreams in our prime'... Simply adore these words.

Are you that fallen leaf, Hazel? Did you flutter nervously in the breeze searching for the security and solidity of a pair of loving arms, as unmoveable as the earth itself. Love the metaphor in this piece. Hope you found your love.
