A Dream Must Drink To Live Poem by Terence George Craddock

A Dream Must Drink To Live

Rating: 5.0

hopes dreams must drink or thirst
hopes dreams cannot grow mature
on a diet of poison disbelief toxins
dreams cost blood sweat tears dreams

may be a labour of love but dreams
do not easy come free gift wrapped
with a pretty red ribbon from a luxury
trendy designer shop a purchase price

is required few will wake up
early to share their dreams
in light illuminated sunrise

set time aside to wonder
watch the descent sinking
of the sun at day done sunset
