Birds like doves are always beautiful but can also trapped easily as they may not fly much. Rose Marie's observation is very clean with clear vivid description. I can a dove walking to the crumbs only to be caught. Marvellous verse deserves good rating.10/10.

A nice thoughtful poem on trapping a bird.

Well this poem is very philosophical and transports me into the world of humanity that are we human beings so cruel we can not see simplicity and innocence in anything. We are complicating everything......very well crafted 10++

It is very sad how in certain places birds lose freedom. They feed not to care but to serve as bait for their selfish motives. This is an eye-opener poem.Thank yiu for sharing.
