Rating: 4.5

Over the west the Sun dies, oozing blood,
The hillside glows in a ruddy blaze,
Pink and crimson fade slowly around,
And a pallid shade taints the twilight haze.

Excellent write with a captivating title and compelling imagery. A poetic gem that gives us the privilege to witness one of the amazing scenes of Mother Nature. Each and every stanza vividly portrays the wonders and beauty of the Sun and Moon, the interplay of colors at the celestial dome and the stars that enhance the beauty of the night.

A Death And A Coronation....awesome title and awesome presentation of the taken theme...the way you have formed your quatrain also sounds musical with chiming rhymes...the decline of the sun and the successive rise of the moon is fabulously painted in your golden words Valsa...wish you all the best...keep it going this way...God bless you 100

In west direction sun sets and we feel that sun dies. Cream and crimson faded sun again revives trust and grows with beauty and benevolence to rise next morning with light and power. The Full Moon arrives in her glowing raiment and clouds shine at night. The celestial time leads with light. A powerful perception of nature is brought up ahead with extreme philosophic perspectives....10

Wow Valsa describing the Sun in all of its magnificent lights and th Moon basking in its regal splendor. These two celestial planets created and put in place by the Almighty God to heat and provide a luminous light at night for all to see and experience. You have written this very well my friend. I am at a lost for words.

The first six lines are remarkable for their expression. It makes the reader a bit sad but the twist was an amazing one. I love the idea behind this thought. I can link the idea behind the setting of sun and the arrival of the moon to real life. When God closes one door HE opens another. Lovely imagination. Fantastic

Many are the poems that abound about the Moon but this poem of yours is really superb surpassing all.! - And God turns on His ornate chandeliers- - Oh! What wonderful imagination! The music of the poem echoes in my heart making me read the poem again and again.
