A Day Is Long Enough To Ruminate Comments

Language and communication, are what connect us and what divide us, with the way we humans interpret the meaning, its not just like crossing a bridge, its as if the road is unpaved and the structure is easy to sway. With poetry the semantics fluctuate so much that, what one person reads they interpret differently from someone else. This poem is a thoughtful analysis of the codes of language have on us. Language is meant for communication.In our day to day conversation when one person says something the listener must understand its meaning.Agreeing or disagreeing is a different matter. So also in literature, a reader should try to understand the writer's view point.But interpretations may differ while understanding poetry.
