I'll know I'm safe in spirit and night will pass into beams of brightness. The chariot, and the wheels of flame that warms. tender expressions. envisioning the death and resurrection. thank you. liked it very much and voted it 10.

When I clicked on this poem I was very curious about the role DARK FIRE would take. And I was surprised and heartened by the subtle arrival of the chariot with the understated presence of divine power and/or love.Earlier this summer I read again D. H. Lawrence's SHIP OF DEATH, which he wrote to prepare for his own death. Very existential. Your poem joins a noble company.

To travel death's dark corridor with dignity and grace is a striking oxymoron. I have a passion for works that go beyond the physical.

Seeing the title 'A Dark Fire, ' I immediately thought of Nabokov's 'Pale Fire, ' a title derived from Shakespeare. Wondering if there might be any coincidental smilarities, I noticed there were. Did you ever read that novel?

I can travel deaths dark corridoor with some dignity and grace. So high a personality we need to challenge the life also. Life to greet death with no submission rather if it appears to address me, it should have to know man is a highest and finest creature made by nature to whom death itself have to be submissive and to be bowed with showering honour and dignity. Tough your writing and the poem should be honoured as a human-art in the expansion of such a hollow surroundings of the universe. Regards, 10 I vote if machine receives Apoet Bangla

sweet chariot should pass me with its wheels of flame, I shall be warmed, and then I'll live again....as it enlightens the soul onto the eternity by resurrection as passion when resilient, and heart awes by gleams of flame radiating.....wonderful versing by imagery and metaphors with ingenuity, +++, thanks for sharing
