Veery enjoyable to read. Do I detect a bit of humor in that last line? I like a lot of things but will just refer to the first stanza: With a storyless book (A wonderful way to describe it.) As a prologue to the world And cared And nurtured Then groomed in a pram (I like the rhythm of the way this reads.)
a life long tail from begining to end. to live on to eternity through a pen.
Dr. Sameer, Storyless book, it is and we ought to fill it up with our life events. Yes, like Sandra said, we write our own epitaph, each elapsed moment is not elapsed thoroughly, it is being replaced by another. I liked the second last paragraph especially, when your lines suggested ' We come up to our conclusion with the help of experiences gained '. This poem of yours reminds me of William Shakespeare's Sonnet 18, similar concept, for we could be remembered in lines that have been written, He wrote about immortalizing the beauty of his beloved and you wrote on the journey of life...Keep up your good work, I really liked it...Well done...You've got talent! Lots of best wishes, K.Poornima
when Sandra speaks, wojja listens hoping Ameer does to, she is a wonderful poet and mentor, methinks Ameer writes in similar tones.....
It is true that we are writing our own epitaph. Beautifully written, Sameer. You have a way with words. A quality write from a quality poet. Take care. Warm regards, Sandra
