I laughed heartily upon reading this Herert, knowing its intent, although really, the erosion of our rights and the advent of an internal police state (constructed in the name of 'Homeland Security') is no laughing matter. Hell, even the police departments in many villages (including mine) have begun calling themselves 'Public Safety Buildings.' Like jack booted thugs in leather walking about have anything to do with 'Public Safety.' You really want a scary insight into today's police mentality. Watch 'Cops', on FOX of course.
In reality, it's the borderguard who would be going to jail, but an amusing read nonetheless.
