A Cow That's Wild Poem by Ronald Strickland

A Cow That's Wild

I had a cow, but the cow was wild.
But every now and then,
the cow would smile.

'Get on my back, '
the cow one day said to me,
with a smile.
'I'll give you a ride for one mile.'

'Only one mile? '
I asked the cow.
'Where would I be after the one mile? '
I said to the cow, 'That's wild.'

The cow gave me a smile,
and replied,
'You would be a mile away on the back of a cow. That's wild.'

And that's how I know about a cow that's wild.

I hope the cow that's wild
made you smile.
