a beautiful live poetic show of a typical south indian marriage house...very artful write Satheesan, i must say...your imagination catches every thing real there... the lines, 'Back of their blouses smeared with the hair oil, Makes a dark shade, mingling with perspiration...' bring an unending smile into me... bring into mind the images of a good number of such 'backs' i never risk forget in life! poem ten plus grade...
Though all South Indian village marriages look alike I feel marriages in Kerala are very special with those hundreds of Palm trees around, the attire of people, men in white dhotis, and women in pattu saries...Oh...wonderful.
