God is connected to mind. Nature acts as invisible thread. This is very true. In silence we feel this universe. Thought is always amazing. This poem is very brilliantly penned with amazing note....5 stars

" An invisible thread connects those Who are destined to meet regardless Of time, place or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle but will never break." This is so true dear poetess Savita. it may not be reasonable, but some experiences in life tell us that this is true...... we all live in mystery whethe we accept this notion of not.... i strongly believe in mystery. thank you dear and respected poetess. tony

According to Chinese proverb an invisible thread catches us. But truly we feel the reality. As I feel thread of my child Krishna catches you and me. Chanting his name I happily read your lovely work. This poem is very beautiful. Hare Krishna! ..10++

Good point. Although two people may not be destined to meet, they are breathing the same air; in terms of global resources, they are in the same boat. If two people are destined not to meet, then circumstances are separating them. Walls belong to our collective karma.

Congratulations on your poem being chosen Poem of the Day! A thoughtful poem regarding a Chinese proverb about destiny, and connection of all beings. Especially like the line..." The thread may stretch or tangle but will never break." So mysterious!

A very interesting and thought provoking poem. It goes on to show as to how a certain word, part of a sentence or a proverb ignites our cognitive faculties to come out with ingenuous findings which might be at a variance than the original meaning of the same. Thanks for sharing the poem, Savita ji.

There is certainly an invisible thread connecting each one of us. That is why we feel pain over the misery of people we haven't met! Your reply to your friend makes much sense! I feel Telepathy is the result of such a bond formed through that invisible thread! Congratulations Savita on your poem chosen as poem of the day!
