Fantastic poem! A writhing heart chained and caged. May I call it a perfect sybolism or a great imagery? Much can be said on both sides. You are simply extraordinary in your ideas. Great write.

30 feet is not too high to save a living heart. Better I suggest, immediately hire a ladder, if don't get it, ask the defence service for their helicopter. You should take such step immediately and at once.....remember, nothing on the earth and universe is more precious than a human heart. As a poet you should take such challenge. Otherwise....I have no other oprions to provide. A poetry written so skillfully, just like a man moving on the sharp edge of a long blade. Binding but not eros.Yes, where balance of keeping purity of the soul is the prime condition. You have not crossed such parameter, so it is a good poem. Beautiful. You are no doubt an efficient runner in the field of poetry. Perhaps it is called the tallent. Thank you. Write more....... Regards 10+ pranab

A sad refrain, but it's well written. I gave it a 10. I wrote a poem about Lady Diana that was similiar to this one, called 'An Isolated Soul', if you care to read it. Spiritsong
