Hi NEETHA SASIDHARAN, It is a nice poem and a good imagination. I like it.
..a poet's death is his life..goes the saying..out here the death of a cake has brought out the poet in you.. ..very creative..keep it up..
this poem is a work of clever writer. you know, the title is charmer and nice. love it somuch.
Thats wat u learnt in your bday? it seems. nice poem suhurde! keep it up
Oh well thought out idea. It's sure an irony.. A sweet death! ... Keep writing.
to be honest, i haven't read something like that before.dangerously delicious poem.dear cake RIP.and i too was perplexed like Minu Alex.the poem is something else if you overlook the title.
Perhaps never imagined before by any poet! Novelty in theme.Nice.
What is this Neetha? Negative thinking of positive aspect of life NO NO dear young poet the poetry does not sound good. Birth Day is great moment of celebration If cutting cake is unkindest cut then fall all celebrations of birth days We can have one alternative -liquid cake with straw Take it easy Neetha Just for fun I said. See positive and cheerful aspect of life. -KAVIN CHARALAN
a different perceptions about b'day cakes has made it a delicious poem.
Ha Ha...u know I gazed and gazed for some minutes reading the poem..and then Ilooked at the title and found relieved! the poem is really something when u read it without thinking abt the title..try that...nice one...
Very observant indeed. When one's mouth is watering, one doesn't bother to think about anything as such. Great imagination i must say and a lot of willpower too, to not think about the tasty cake. Decorating a cake is not an easy task, all goes waste when it is cut into pieces. Wonderful poem.
Creativity is the mother of poem and you have a great realation with this mom I think.. The concept was wonderful!
i cant imagine..hats off..if you could then remember my words..someday you will become a great poetess...i admire...kudos for your work..at the age of 15...mind blowing.....and moreover thanks for your comment for my poem 'in the journey of life'..
A novel way of looking at a birthday cake being cut! Only a born poet can look at it from that angle! !
