This is a Poem of Gratitude. Its underlying theme is that the world itself is beautiful and we should honor that beauty by enjoying it. You don't deny the suffering in the world nor our need to alleviate it. But you are saying there is another need which has moral persuasion behind it: to celebrate what is good and true and beautiful. I love the way sometrhing as small as A BUNCH OF ROSES
