I, too, have been the victim of a broken heart. Nice poem. I have five poems, but they are not activated yet. Why does it take so long for a new poet? Some of them were posted three days ago!

This is quite a thought provoking and moving poem, Lawrence, and I especially liked the repetition of some of the verses in it. I have always believed that repetition of lines or verses often enhances the impact of a poem on a reader, and this fine poem certainly makes an impact on it's readers. Carl.
