My heart ached so much reading this & for some reason I was lead to look up 'broken' in the dictionary... of all the words, these stood out... 'interrupted; disturbed'... And then I hear a Celine song (oh no!) 'The heart does go on'... In time... ;) 10/10 for so stirring up a reader with your poetry!
