The heart feels heavy and full of despair. It needs to be comforted after the pangs of unrequited passion. It needs to be consoled in its broken moment.
Once full of burning fire; full of raging flames, but now all that is left is a smouldering wreck. A heart that is full of sorrow; a heart that is lamenting.

a broken heart could murder a soul. this poem reminds me of my ex-girlfriend. I can feel your heartache when i read this. Trust me life will get better. I really enjoyed reading this...it comforts me to know that i'm not the only one getting over a broken heart. Thanks for sharing. Brandi
