A Breath Of Fresh Air
Life can be hectic sometimes,
You don't care where it takes you,
You just need to get away,
You might want to climb up a mountain,
You can yell at the top of your lungs and you don't care who hears,
In nature you can observe the sounds of animals,
You could sketch the outlines of trees,
You can skip rocks,
Anger has no place in this world.
Great poem. Being with Nature or doing some fun activity however small is best way to get a release from anger.
