You need to take a break
From your busy schedule,
A break from
From your
For a minute of silence
Forgetting you yourself,
Your existence
To be free and to liberate you
Concentrating on,
Loosening yourself,
Relaxing
And closing the eyes for a few moments
To recompose and revitalize you,
To reinvigorate you
To open the eyes into a new dawn
Breaking around
So calm and composed,
Free from and relaxed
Awaking and arising into.
