I spotted the wonderful energy and kitchen love
To please your mans appetite on a freezing cold day
The battle with that big pumpkin a splendid effort indeed
The clever use of herbs and spices that came later in to play

Thankyou Julie I enjoyed that beautiful bowl of soup
The flavour and presentation just took me to the moon
Fingers of warm toast simply added for my absolute joy
As I scooped up something special with a lovely silver spoon

So can I thank you sweet Julie from the bottom of my heart
And the way you constantly create that winter loving loop
In all my love for you there is nothing so romantically special
As a bowl of your perfect and delicious pumpkin soup
