A Blind Pelican Comments

i just looked up Richar Thripp (see first comment below) . i'm not sure i care for the guy, or his poems (only read two of them, and i'll stop there) . i did read a number of comments he made on other poems. he is very negative, which in itself is not always bad. : ( bri 'sorry' for commenting on a comment-maker rather than the poem, which i already did. bri :)

i see no acrostics in this one, but perhaps a few typos. despite those, i think this poem may have a message, perhaps a good one, if only i could be sure of what it is. i did think Be the person you do want has great potential if taken the right way. unfortunately i think i took it the wrong way. the cops arrested me for cross-dressing as a hottie and standing on the corner all night. great rhymes! i especially enjoyed the following stanzas.........: She had no eye for dive and catch she'd quit real soon go for the old dry batch What if we're feasting on the rot no knowing what we really got Seek love not blindly in the rot Seek god-like love, it is real hot! to MyPoemList. thanks for sharing.. gotta gooooooooooooooo! bri :)
