This was a ravishingly delightful read that epitomizes my idea of existence; this is the Model of secular humanist and the thoughtful man. Stellar work
i do not hand out numerical scores, but i would not disagree with the average score of 10 (with three votes) that i see next to this poem. i have added this poet and poem to my lists. i have messaged previously with at least four of the five poets who commented here before me. i am glad they have seen a blessing for secular humanists. i would say i too am a s.h. bri
Danny, WOW! NOT succinct, in fact quite LONG, but wow, wow, wow. and no typos that i detected! you get extra points from me for that. and i think i understand it. rather idealistic....for others to follow at least....most others. i bet you are a nice person to be around. i liked, especially, GENDer aGENDa. and i did NOT miss rhyming, though i thrive on rhyming in my poems usually. congratulations on your thoughts and words. bri
a fine testament questioning many mores, new and old, and to be often revisited in part or in whole. a great companion to the King poem.
Wow! My mother would have been proud of you so on her behalf, I am....Ruthie :)
You have beautifully summarized (eloborated) your humanistic credo of life! Live and let live is the best policy, believing in you as well as in others! ! Wonderful write!
Such beautiful words, humane, honest and knowing just who you are. This in itself is a true blessing. Thank you Danny and hope you have recovered.
