I didn't know we had been dating
Even when many are fading
We are seriously budding
I have known you since childhood
As I watched Genevive in Nollywood
And those who have fallen in Hollywood
You have never left me
.
I have lived with you to date
And as they go for panic buys, I take no debt
I see light at the end of the tunnel
I know with me we shall attend their funeral
.
Fever has been my thing
Cough and flu has been their relatives
Temperature, No temperature
I have been here for ages
Malaria, Marburg, Measles but I still stand.
And as for the white man's religion
Its time to re-believe, rebrand, and rebuild
