A Billion Years Poem by M McParland

Even after a billion years have gone
I'll still be by your side,
and it will be like no time has ever passed.
Time flies when I'm with you
and with each second I fall deeper and deeper
more intensely maddeningly in love with you.

A billion years with you is
but a pin needles head in time.
So immensely small and never enough to
get to know you and give each other our all.
Our spirits will never get enough of the other.
We're bound in spiritual bliss and true love
that no others can ever comprehend.

Even after a billion years KP I'll
still be by your side for a billion more,
than after that a billion more continuing
on beyond eternity for we are heavens brightest star.
I love you fair lady never ending.
We are soul mates and a love story with a happy ending.
