ram how could you ever juxstapose the contridictions in life to make a memorable verse! i read throught the whole poem with bated breath, believe me. a similar picture i attempted in my 'verse on war' and 'war collage' but no where close to urs, i'm sure.
CYCLOPSEVEN - SOME PLACES ARE TOO DIFFICULT FOR OTHERS TO SEE FACE ON, THE PAIN IS TOO REAL. I HAVE A SIMILAR POEM THAT I HAVE NO COMMENTS ON. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO SAY THINGS SIDEWAYS, SO PEOPLE CAN BEAR TO LOOK. IT WAS FINALLY TRANSLATED INTO JAPANESE, IT IS POPULAR THERE. READ MY BLACK BELT BLUES OR MILK OF LIFE. VERY HONEST WORK! THANKS - CHERYL
A really fantastic and heartrending poem! The miracle of birth even through the ravages of war! A very delicate life being held within this dead mother, a baby destined to be born in the midst of a war torn ransacked village. Just totally amazing portrayal of a definite miracle. Thank you for sharing this miracle of life with the world. RoseAnn
