everything seems fine. My problems

Very nicley done, The imagery was fantastic, I could see every thought you have written in this one, and as everyone else has already stated, I to have felt this way myself once or twice. Again, very nicely done, and thanks for shareing. 'Keep on inking the Pages' Poison

Mel, there are many stories I could tell you how I have frightened myself over shadows and found it so hard to go to sleep. Just as Andy said, the imagination going into overdrive. A nice haunting tale. A big big ten from me. Thanks for the direction and the sharing. David

Haunting story here mel.. But some times our imagination goes into overdrive when we are alone, noises and creaks and peoples voices which are outside but you swear are inside, the dead can do you no harm, its the ones still living you have to keep your eyes on mel...10

Oh, I know that feeling of which you speak! I, too, live in a vivid dreamworld, and although it's not as bad as it used to be, I used to have nightmares on a regular basis. Made it difficult to go to sleep at night wondering what demons I would encounter in my dreams. Must have been stress-related, as since I no longer have the stress, I no longer have the bad dreams. Hauntingly nightmarish piece of work, Melvina - love it! Linda

your poem was very haunting, creepy, unique, imagative, nightmarish, and beautiful. It totally set the dark and hollow mood. Absolutly Great Work! ! ! 10! ! !

Do you eat HaggenDaz before you go to bed? ...lol! But on a serious note, & one which Bill Jackson adroitly alluded to...Dreams are an enigma of our sleeping state-of-mind...Experts in the field have concluded that we address our worries & in our dreams...or they find us...but in either event, we attempt to find the way out, or resolve it...albeit all through threadings of surreal ambience. This is an excellent depiction in support of that theory...So my question now, must be: WHAT IN HELLS-BELLS DID YOU DO, MELVINA? ! lol! Great Work, indeed... FjR

You have captured the disorientation of the unsettled mind struggling to deal with unresolved tensions while you want to sleep and then need to get up. Nicely done. Sincerely, William
