757. The Dolphin Tailed Unicorn Poem by Jaden Knight

757. The Dolphin Tailed Unicorn

The dolphin tailed unicorn went to sea
floating on the tip of her ears
singing songs about boats
and chewing on coats
coated in honey mead beer

A monkey sits upon her green stomach
playing an old oaken drum
banging with a silver spoon
he's badly out of tune
while balancing an empty bottle of rum

The silver moon pointed them the way
and led them to warm golden sands
they danced with delight
all through the night
as they were free from the lemon's scarred hands

And so you may dream of such beings
until your alarm wakes you at first light
don't be sad and upset
for it's a safe and sure bet
that they'll be waiting for you tonight
