Oh yes, Melvina, this is superbly right. I am also in the research, and were helping women in particular to inform them. I am a volunteer in an NGO, non government organization where my aunt, a nun, was the head. This is a very timing piece of yours, and thank you for this wonderful sharing and info..Well taken.. Love, Meggie
The Old Fashioned Way but right way of diseas free living But you are absolutely right and true to the fact as you rhyme yet all confirmed by the reserch findings as on today inspite of old fashion as you say. since all reason to our wrong food habits that really causes of concern for cancer apart form certain pllutants which called carcinogenic substances and contminated water polluted by heavy metals etc from our surrounding- the so calleddegraded environment, act upon the body at cellular level bringing about the changes at genetic level otherweise known as mutatation to the cell ultimately causing the cancer. As i know you you are good samaritan of mankind and i salute to your humanistic approach of such mass awareness capaign in public to save the people from such deadly diseas, thanks a lot for sharing

(((((HUG)))) =Shelle Bell= Tennnn! ! !
Melvina…You have such a clever way of getting the message across. Good advice to eat healthy. Like my mom used to say, ' You are what you eat.'
An old fashioned frenzied whipping... I like what you write... savour of appetite and hearty advice. Hoping your journey will keep back that bite.... One Peace at a time....
Melvina, first of all I hope you are alright. This is well written and gives me chills. Mom died at 51 of pancreatic cancer, four months she melted away to skin and bones. Never smoked a day in her life, was a nurse and believe me we had to eat our veggies and fruits and calcium etc... I remember learning in Freshman yr in college biology that we all had the cell in us but that it doesn't always develop. then that one in every four will get it and having two kids and a husband than use to pray they'd all escape it, still do pray...One thing about being adopted at birth, haven't a clue what's in store for me, but being the daughter of a Dr who was chief of surgery I am all for traditional medicine, ...thanks for writing this and again I pray you are well.......love, marci.xo
Alternative.Holistic medicine, is the only way. Knew of one person, they sent him home to die, but what did he do, he gave up the sugar, meat, salt, etc...and ate vegetables and nuts, unsalted, the good kind and seeds, and guess what, the lymphoma that had supposedly metastisized throughout his lymph system and organs was gone and is still gone to this day, ten years later! great informative write! Theo Hey you've got an e-mail that i owed you!
Hi Melvina, thank you for writing this...you know I didn't know about the milk and wonder how I could have missed this...but thanks to you I now know! ! ! Wonderful write! Hugs, Diane
