I need to keep going
no matter how hurt I feel
maybe I can use the pain to my advantage
and let it help propel me forward
No matter the damage I must carry on
limping onwards towards the line
even if I lose the use of my legs
I hope to keep my hands until the end
My ability to heal is limited
it takes too long to fix myself
any wound will remain for
be it physical or mental
I must reach the finish some how
and for that I need to be moving
no matter what happens in the future
I know that I just need to keep going
