Poets and authors do not die
they merely pass through the veil
through their words they can live on
as long as people still read them
Their pieces can be printed in books
or immortalised online
existing long after their death
for those who wish to see
Some may become famous enough
for kids to learn about them in school
the pinnacle of any writer's dream
even if they are gone before it happens
Although they may pass through the veil
never to return or been seen again
but as long as their works are read by others
poets and authors can never die
