To enjoy every moment, every hour, every day, every season.
To do the very best that we can do.

Amazing...........Beautiful and full of Wisdom! ! I Love it Melvina...obviously I agree with you and most of All I enjoyed and think once again you raised the bar for yourelf! ((smile)) My favorite part is 'We are one, created by one God who gave his one son to die for us one time on the cross so that we, the children of God could live. We are one under one umbrella, living in one universe, on one earth, we will die one death.' AMazing choice of words with just a loving message for all of Us! ! Love ya, Shelley
Mel, I so heartedly agree with you we should reach out and touch the souls of everyone who may cross our path. We should never rebuff those who may not have had the education that we've had, but to try and help them in the best way that we can. Race, colour, creed or culture hold no barriers to me as we are all equal as far as I'm concerned. If someone ever needs my help, then I will be there for them. This is a wonderful worded poem. Top marks and thanks for sharing it with us. David
I agree that we should reach out and touch souls with our fellow poets without regard to race, color, or culture. Beautiful write, Melvina. Always your friend at poemhunter, Sandra
This write of yours, Melvina is right on time when, some of us here in PH are pointing one finger to somebody, without knowing that the three fingers are pointing back at him..Some of us here in PH were brokenhearted because other supposed to be THE GREAT POET, EXCELLENT AND POWERFUL POET were laughing at the mistakes of their English grammars, This message is powerful, Melvina, as i would like this to address those poets who are not kind in their comments..Is this kind of loving each other? Being kind is a shortcut to heaven, yet some of us are not. But the good news is, they are only a FEW. in this site. Poets are supposed to be kind as they write their piece straight from their heart. We must hold hands together to make a difference in this world, to make our lives better to please the Lord, as we only pass this way but once., as we continue our life's journey, until God will take us to our permanent home.Thank you, Melvina, it's an inspiring one, indeed, and i hope it pierces to the hearts of the others..i love you very much, and i care for you... Love, Meggie
Hey, this is something! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! A wonderful write with wonderful contents, by a wonderful person. Applause is yours. a delight to read. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
Melvina, yes we are one race and one kind, under the love of the divine, but yet we are still but children to his eyes, always fighting and always looking to Deride and divide, thinking one is more right, but like you say all equal in gods sight... Andy 10
Powerful message. It is remarkable that no matter where you go on this planet, all the people share common feelings, common cares, common yearnings, etc. Reading these poems on PH is proof of that. Only one God - infinite. No wonder there are so many ways to view him/her. God made us all the same and all different. The same so that we can share, different so that we have something to give and recieve. God created us human. Our goal should be to become as human as possible. 'What we are is God's gift to us, what we become is our gift to God.' (through one another and to one another)
