Sometimes you need to get lost
in order to find yourself
it is easy to lose yourself in this world
but much harder to rediscover who you were and are

Take yourself off the map
away from all that is familiar
be prepared to explore new places
with body and mind together

Walk the strange paths with joy on your heart
fear not the lack of landmarks
while everything may be different
to what you are used to day to day
that can only help you learn

Be prepared to sail the seas
ride the storms and vicious waves
until you arrive on new shores
where your search can begin
