Like a dream of joy
You appear before me
Again and again.
When I try to hold you,
Like a mirage
You deceive me
And go away from me.
In the shower in Summer,
In the breeze in Spring,
In the sunshine in winter,
I see you several times.
From the death bed
You lift me and beget hope
To live and love
But when I try to touch you
You escape like a thief.
When I get confused
To identify you,
You come to me
To calm my mind.
I forget the agony
Of reality and life
With your magical touch
And sleep peacefully
But you vanish like a ghost.
I ask myself
Again and again
To know the kinship
Between you and me
But I get no reply.
Then I start to think
Day and night.
My thought tells me,
You are Love
And I am your lover.
I can make out easily -
I am in love only with Love
To live in the complexity
Of life and reality.
