229. If I Should Fall Poem by Jaden Knight

229. If I Should Fall

If I should fall and die tonight
would you mourn my disappearance
would you notice that I was not around
or just carry on as normal

Would it matter if I was no longer here
if I ceased to be a part of your existence
am sure your life would still go on just fine
with or without my presence

I choose to go away quietly
don't need the fuss or bullshit
fast or slow is all the same to me
my destination will not be changed

If I should fall and die tonight
would you mourn my disappearance
in fact it does not matter any more
I'll be too far gone to care
