21st Century Sita Comments

It's a great read, very comical indeed! Ram and Sita are extremely idealistic mythological characters that no one can ever live up to. Let alone 21st century, I don't think such characters ever existed...

It is indeed so comical! ! But has the modern Sita 'risen' to this level? We are informed everyday through the media of the abduction stories of many Sitas by the lewd Ravanas! Ravana had the generosity to keep her in his palace, though to satisfy his whims. The modern Ravanas use her, mutilate her and throw her to the dumps!

It kept me bobbing along and I enjoyed the read. A good write.

Really, on perusing this poem I thought of Aswath's recent poem and when I came down to see the notes I had a broad smile ! Oh! What a wonderful imagination !
