C) But I am grateful to God that we, you, me and the rest here on PH Poetry site are still human beings writing poetry and still updating them. Thank you so much, dearest Sandra for this wealth and richdom to add in our mind and hearts, Amen

B) Still a very important poem in our lifetime, since all that automatics are created in our era and truly human things and elements are not to find anymore.

Thrice commented, all responses gone, now I will try for the fourth time dear great Poetess. Since the brand new Poem Hunter Home Page, only disappointments are raining in my head, true bad, but you have created this earliest gem, a Masterpiece

You have stated so much in so few words, but have hit the nail on the head (cliche) . I feel like a stone robot. Great poem. Thanks for sharing it with us, Sandra. : -)

And as Sandra Feldman makes us feel better, with her poetry and comments, like knitting a sweater to wear amidst this techno dehumanization, something reminding us of how love was meant for civilization.

This century has us speaking to automatons and pressing buttons. Who is the robot? So true, dear Sandra. Many thanks for your beautiful comments.

What you have written is so true, we are losing the art of conversation in our lives. At least, there is this PoemHunter site where some semblance of personal expression and interaction is encouraged - let us hope this is not the last bastion of personal connection that is left.

But all of this lacks Human tone/As our poor lives turn into stone............you have presented the fact dear friend! Though we get information at finger tips now-a-days due to latest revelation of technologies but we are getting complacent and losing other sides of life as you have pointed out! An excellent work! Brilliant Brevity, Sandra. You have updated our Life with presenting this poem of the present. As our poor lives turn into stone...........BUT not in the age of Fred Flintstone. I just wanna show the difference. Our life is poorer, I reckon. Excellently presented, Sandra. A 10 Full Vote.

I'm not sure that I speak to robots on the phone But these automated phone calls get on my nerves I can never get a telephone operator on the line. It's true however that computers are our home We spend hours before the laptop screen What's worse, even little kids are playing games With mobile phones; it is a shame! We living lonely boring lives Without human interaction And really there is no satisfaction Our hearts turn into ice We are worse than clockwork mice.

Sandra, your profound poem has succinctly expressed how technology is robbing us of human interaction. That being said, that very technology has given us the gift of this site. To wake up in the morning and read your poems and those of so many creative poets is truly a great joy. And the awesome beauty is that these poets are from all over the world. For those of us who don't have the means to travel, this is a very inexpensive and creative way to enjoy the diverse cultures.
