219. My Lost World Poem by Dipankar Sadhukhan

219. My Lost World

I had a sky of dreams
Where we would fly every time
To feel ecstatic.

I had a sea and a craft.
I would float with you
On the breast of sea
To find a world
Untouched with pain and agony
Of reality and the mundane life.

I had a world of dream
Which I made colourful
With my passion and love.
Holding your hands I would wander
And lost ourselves
In the paradise of happiness.

Now my sky is cloudy.
I have lost the happy craft.
The colourful dreams have become pale
As you have gone far away for me.
With few happy memories
Now I am alone swimming in the vast sea
Full of darkness and uncertainty.
